They have extensive experience of leadership and organizational development in several different industries and organizations. 359 Leadership is one of the few organizations that are certified within the Leadership Circle Profile (TLC).
Consimity
We collaborate with Pär Skoglund Finquist from 359 Leadership and Anders Laestadius from Consimity in leadership development and the tool The Leadership Circle (TLC). Our intention is to establish and make TLC more accessible to leaders and organizations across Sweden.

TLC is still relatively unknown in Sweden, and together we form a small group of consultants in the country actively working with the framework. We believe that TLC, both as a leadership model and a 360 assessment, has great potential to support leaders and organizations in developing toward a more conscious and creative form of leadership.
Our collaboration focuses on supporting leaders in their development through individual coaching that begins with a 360 assessment, as well as longer leadership programs where TLC serves as a foundation for a shared dialogue around sustainable and creative leadership.

Humanera Utveckling is one of our partners in leadership development in southern Sweden with extensive experience of leadership and organizational development in several different industries and organizations. Humanera Utveckling is a partner with Blanchard and a certified trainer in working based on a situation-adapted leadership and the SLII Experience.
