Lead forward®- Transformational leadership!
In enhanced leadership, participants develop, deepen and strengthen their understanding of leadership through direct feedback from their organisation. We conduct a full 360 analysis and work with a new tool called Lead Forward®. Usually, the enhanced leadership element is carried out in a seminar that lasts a half-day to two days depending on requirements and the set-up.
What does a course in Transformational Leadership with Lead Forward® entail?
- Basically, Transformational Leadership is about the effective management of leadership behaviours that drive both the individual and organisation forward.
- The Lead Forward® analysis tool provides simple, clear feedback on leadership behaviour via the employees.
- Participant development is followed up by a new analysis after approx. 6–9 months.
